Canopy by Hilton, or Canopy, is a hotel brand by Hilton, announced in October 2014 with the first property opening in Iceland in July 2016, and two in the United States in early 2018. Canopy is Hilton’s twelfth brand;[2] as of March 2018, approximately thirty properties were under development in the United States and Europe. As of December 31, 2018, it has 8 locations with 1,244 rooms, including one that is managed with 150 rooms and seven that are franchised with 1,094 rooms.[1]
